Providing, supplying and applying color hardner @ 2.75 kg per square meter in 2 pass, over concrete supplied by client at the point of pouring including levelling the concrete surface, finishing with alluminium bull float, followed by steel floater to get smooth and even finish, applying release powder (should be water fobic for at lesst 3 hours from the time of application as per manufacturers formulation) of desired shade @ 0.113 kg per square meter, placing, pressing and removing PU stamp of desired pattern, over release covered concrete, it shall be ensure that impressions are appeared at least 95% of stamp, also it shall be ensure that texture skin stamp shall be used at the edges. Work shall be baracated to protect from other impressions etc.The release powder shall be removed by water jet after 24 hours by using little bit detergent. To get double tone effect only 80% release shall be removed. In case of neutral release, powder shall be removed completely. Surface shall be cure for at least 7 days by covering with plastic with asurance that surface remains damp for 24 hours. Control joints shall be cut in between 24 to 72 hours. Concrete shall be sufficient hard to cut by concrete cutter or marble cutter. Spacing of cuts shall be 30 times of depth or 1.5 times of the width in both direction. It is recommended to plan out cutting lines to merge with design and cold joint. The depth of control joint shall be one third of thickness of concrete and width shall be as per the thickness of cutting blade. cold joint shall be at 15 meter interval with through out the thickness. Conctrol joint filling is not recommended. Cold joint shall be filled as per regular practice. After curing of concrete acrylic based with solvent desolved sealer shall be applied in 3 coats. First coat will b of C18 and other 2 coats shall b of C27 with interval of 1 hour.It shall be ensure that surface is clean and is absolutely dry before application of sealer. Surface shall be protected by baracating to avoid any type of traffic for at least 6 hours. The price is INR 60 to 50 per square feet plus GST 18%
